Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

Construction Management services required to construct a 7,600 square foot Oil Change and complete Automotive Care facility in Bradenton, Florida.  The building is conventional masonry with wood trusses and standing seam roof.  The oil change pit is approximately 8’6” below existing grade and extensive dewatering efforts were required to construct the pit.  Constructed on a very small site made this project challenging with regard to the logistics of material staging, temporary facilities and subcontractor parking.

Walmart Neighborhood Market*

Construction Management services required to build a new 41,000 square foot Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market.  The facility included a full-service deli and bakery, full-service grocery store, pharmacy, and retail area.   The project also provided a stand-alone fuel station.

Skyline Chili

Construction Management services to construct a 2,246 square foot restaurant in Lakewood Ranch, Florida.  The project was a tenant in-fill project in an existing cold, dark shell and provided the Owners with a complete commercial kitchen, walk-in coolers, custom bar, drive-through lanes and customer seating areas.

Daruma*

Complete demolition and removal of existing slab, walls, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in an existing strip mall.  This Construction Management project provided a discriminatingly luxurious restaurant which includes a sushi bar, multiple Tappan tables with a high degree of finish throughout.  Not to be overlooked is the state of the art kitchen and food preparation areas.

FedEx Mobile*

Design/Build services required to deliver a new 198,000 square foot FedEx Ground regional distribution facility in Mobile, Alabama.  The structure consisted of a pre-engineered metal building, slab on grade with a standing seam roof.  This project was fast-tracked once permits were secured and was completed in six months from groundbreaking.

Walmart Supercenter*

Construction Management services need to construct a 125,000 square foot Wal-Mart Supercenter in Tampa, Florida.  The project included the demolition of an existing automobile dealership, the abatement of asbestos and the ultimate construction of the Supercenter which included pharmacy, bakery, deli, grocery area, and retail departments.

AllCare Medical Plaza*

Design/Build services which provided a two-story, 18,000 square foot state of the art medical facility providing general practice, gynecology, psychological, cardiology, physical therapy, and dermatological services.  The facility includes two laboratories, conference rooms, two procedure rooms, doctor’s offices and fifteen exam rooms.

Janie’s Garden*

Construction Management services required to construct a 101,000 square feet, 72 - two, three and four-bedroom unit apartment complex covering a five-acre site in Sarasota, Florida.  Additionally, this multi-family project provided a 4,500 square foot Amenity Center as well as a children’s playground area.  These three-story apartment buildings were conventionally wood framed with architectural shingled roofs.

State Farm Regional Offices

Construction Management services required to construct a 2,400 square foot regional office for the State Farm Insurance Company. The building consists of eight offices, a state-of-the-art conference room and reception area. It is thoughtfully appointed with luxury vinyl tile, down lighting and an accent wall behind the main desk. This project was delivered under budget and two weeks early.

Zolkos Medical Office Building

Design/Build services needed for a 2,860 square foot medical office building. The building consists of seven exam rooms, two physicians' offices, state-of-the-art laboratory, x-ray room and employee breakroom. The facility has a welcoming reception area with high ceilings and oversized wood base throughout and will provide the doctor with ample space for his growing practice.
