The CGC Group, LLC is a multi-faceted firm providing pre-construction, construction management, design/build and owner’s representative services in the commercial, residential, (multi-family, assisted living) and industrial market places. One of the founding principles of the company is to recognize their client's needs and assure that the services provided enhance the client’s overall business from an efficiency and profitability standpoint.

Craig Campbell

Mr. T. Craig Campbell has been in the construction industry working with commercial, residential and industrial owners for 32 years. He initially started his career with the E.I. DuPont de Nemours Company and filled many field trade positions until graduating from the University of South Carolina. From there, he went on to work for the Morrison Knudson Construction Company based in Cleveland, Ohio where his duties ranged from construction project manager to business services director having responsibility for all aspects of construction at various project sites in the southeastern United States. Over the past twenty years, Mr. Campbell has held the positions of Vice President and President for mid to large construction management firms in southwest Florida. Most recently, Mr. Campbell was the Director of Operations for Satterfield & Pontikes Construction, a consistently ENR Top 200 firm.  In that capacity, he managed the Florida Business Unit where he oversaw the day to day operations of that Regional Office. As President of The CGC Group, he is responsible for the complete oversight and direction of the company.

Tracy Grant

Mr. Tracy Grant is the Vice President of The CGC Group and leads all field operations of the firm.  He has 23 years in the construction industry, of which the past five have been in the Sarasota market.  His career began in the field, where he quickly ascended to journeyman carpenter.  It was then that he paused his construction career to become a soldier in the United States Army.  He served his country in the 3rd US Infantry (The Presidential Honor Guard), serving four years in both a civil and ceremonial capacity after acquiring a top-secret clearance to perform White House and Pentagon duties.  Upon reentering the construction industry, he navigated the ranks quickly to become a Project Superintendent and for 19 years spearheaded projects of every size.  Prior to starting The CGC Group, Mr. Grant was promoted to the position of General Superintendent where he provided oversight to all field operations as well as the training, mentoring, and professional development of all field personnel.
